Italian Quarter

We developed the project design for apartments in the luxury class “Italian Quarter” residential complex for a private investor who wanted to invest in real estate.

Goals: To design premiere class apartments in the luxury class “Italian Quarter” residential complex for the temporary residence of the investor and renting out as well as to increase the value of the building through the project design.

Solution: Thanks to the high ceilings, we were able to implement a bold idea. We designed a cube where the bathroom is located and placed a full-fledged bedroom on top of it. This allowed us to divide the space into private and public areas, without sacrificing comfort and aesthetics. Thus while having all the features of a full-fledged apartment, the space remains open.
